After 20 years in the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Ms. Halpin, brings an expertise in the Domestic Sex Trafficking of Children. She worked as the Crimes Against Children Coordinator and started a federal task force to combat sex trafficking in Oregon. Prior to the FBI, Ms. Halpin was a lawyer who specialized in Domestic Violence.
Ms. Halpin continues to share her passion and knowledge to the public through Public Speaking and Consultation. She currently teaches Ethics in Criminal Justice and Human Trafficking at the local community college.
